Welcome to NHBC Standards online

Welcome to the interactive version of the Standards 2010.

The Standards come into effect for every NHBC registered home whose foundations are concreted on or after 1 April 2010 and apply throughout the UK, unless otherwise stated.

If you are new to the Standards we suggest you locate Chapter 1.1 which will provide an overview of the Standards and useful information as to how they should be used.
